Up cycling your stationary set
So what could you do with your stationary set? Up cycling requires a little bit of imagination sometimes - here are a few of our ideas…..
Use your ruler as a bookmark or to store ribbon, wool or thread. We always keep ribbon, wool and twine that comes on presents, new clothes and all manor of things. To store the newly acquired ribbon; simply wind it around the ruler. You might need a little bit of tape to hold it in place.
Use the brightly coloured rubber on your next craft project.
Don’t forget, if you get fed up of your stationary (as we all change our minds from time to time!) then donate it to a family member or friend. Don’t forget to ask an adult if it’s ok!
